Location / Vicinity

The property is located at only 500 metres from the Miño River and the Portuguese border in a peaceful rural area in the council of Crecente, in the southeast of the Pontevedra province. Part of the land is bordering a stream with a lovely meadow. This is a nice place to go swimming in summer and to go fishing in the spring. The location is very peaceful with no other neighbours close to the property. The mild climate makes it perfect for vineyards, all kind of fruit trees, etc. In the surroundings you can find many vineyards producing quality wines, leafy woods and green hills. The nearest main village with all necessary amenities is Crecente, at approx. 2 Km. away and another village is Arbo, at 10 Km from the property. Close to this last village you can cross a bridge to Portugal and visit lovely Portuguese towns as Monçao and Melgaço. The distance from the coast is about 63 Km, with for example large white sand beaches in the village of A Guarda. This charming coastal village is also famous for the Celtic settlement on the mount Santa Tecla and its quality fish and shellfish restaurants.
